With friends like these, who needs enemies?

Whenever the moon shifts into the Aquarius zodiac sign (humanitarian-inventive-friendly-detached) like today, I can’t help but bring my attention to past events. That feeling is more punctuated because it is in my 12th house (subconscious-sleeping-secret enemies-spirituality).

The issue is that my downfall led me to put friendships on ice for a while now since halfway through 2017. However, I ascended by getting to know myself without the rose-colored glasses.

That 12th house energy is about sacrifice, no matter how you look at it or get through it. Honestly, I feel like I sacrificed my “drinking buddies’’ and didn’t give them one iota of forgiveness.

Some more truth bombsI never trusted these people anyway! I was just very good at suppressing those “off’’ feelings, especially with food. Eat until your stomach hurts so that you can’t feel anything else.

My Venus (Attraction-Arts-Femininity-Graceful) in Pisces (Mystical-Imaginative-Kind-Compassionate) can take on a lot, and negatively it has been repressing anger and other wild emotions.

Put yourself in my shoes! Imagine having to face different ghosts of the past at different times in your life. The truths and secrets revealed take much more of a proportional size than the previous ones as they come.

The elephant in the room is getting so big that you need to knock down the top and bottom floor, to understand what you are looking at. Can you picture yourself puking all that up, that emotional detox is a b****.

Subconsciously, I may have been among the people in which those deep-seated emotions triggered the 2020 event. Ok, I am pushing it! The problem with the Aquarius energy is that sometimes when you try to keep it cool, diplomatic, and detached, you miss some important red flags that your intuition is throwing at you.

This is not supposed to be a sad commentary on my diary, and you shouldn’t be afraid when I tell you to watch your back. Unfortunately, some situations and individuals are not what they appear to be. Also, you might be keen on your “friends’’ motives once Pluto rolls into Aquarius. My naive and cherished self took a blow regarding that, but I am on the healing road. I will start realistically trusting people again, one day.

Positively, you can take the initiative on how to become your best self when dealing with your social groups:

  • Use the Moon in Aquarius to explore innovative ideas. For example, try implementing cutting-edge technologies in your work or experimenting with unconventional approaches to problem-solving.
  • Seek out social circles that share your progressive values. Attend networking events or online forums where you can exchange ideas with people who appreciate your unique perspective.
  • Use this time to advocate for equality and fairness. For instance, actively support organizations or initiatives that promote social justice and inclusivity.
  • Embrace your uniqueness and express it in your personal style or creative projects. Use the Moon in Aquarius energy to break free from societal norms and let your individuality shine.
  • Get involved in a community project that aligns with your values. Whether it’s volunteering for a charitable cause or initiating a local initiative, contribute to the greater good.
  • Foster open-minded and inclusive communication. Encourage diverse perspectives in discussions and avoid rigid thinking. This could be particularly helpful in workplace collaborations.
  • Try out new and unconventional hobbies. Whether it’s learning a unique skill or engaging in avant-garde art forms, let your creativity flow freely during this lunar phase.
  • Plan for the future with a focus on progress. Set goals that align with your long-term vision, and use this time to lay the foundation for forward-thinking projects or personal growth.
  • Use the Moon in Aquarius to support humanitarian causes. Donate to organizations that focus on global issues, such as access to clean water, education, or healthcare.
  • Challenge social norms that perpetuate stereotypes or restrict personal freedoms. Actively work towards breaking down barriers and creating a more inclusive environment.

The energy of Aquarius is linked to breaking free from constraints, fostering optimism, and promoting a need for improvement and progressive changes. Its lessons include balancing emotions and intellect, embracing individuality, and nurturing a collaborative spirit.
